Who we are

Cloud Beauty House Ladies Salon is located in Sidra district, Al Kadi Commercial Center, Riyadh. For privacy requests, email hello@cloudbeauty.sa.

Information we collect

When you send a message, we collect your phone number, message type and message. If website booking is available, we collect your name, phone number, selected service, staff member and appointment time, along with your choice about booking notifications. Request status and timestamps are also recorded. The hosting provider may process technical connection data, such as an IP address, to operate and protect the website.

You provide form information directly. Please do not include medical details, identity documents or payment information in messages. Our current forms do not ask for bank card details.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to inquiries, suggestions and complaints, arrange and follow up on bookings, send booking details when notifications are enabled, and protect the website against misuse. We process service requests to provide the requested service; processing that requires consent is based on that consent. You can browse without filling out a form, but we may be unable to follow up without the contact details needed for your request.

Storage and sharing

Messages and bookings are stored electronically in website systems hosted by Cloudflare and made available to salon management to handle requests. Email and WhatsApp services may be used for booking notifications when enabled. Hosting does not guarantee that data stays in Saudi Arabia; processing by service providers is subject to applicable legal requirements.

We keep information as needed to follow up on requests and bookings and to meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to ask what information we hold or to request its deletion. We review the request and any retention requirements before deletion; deletion is not necessarily immediate or automatic.

Your rights and choices

Under applicable law, you may request information about how your data is used, access it and receive a copy, correct or complete it, request its deletion, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email us with a way to contact you. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and protect your data. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may affect a related service.

Please provide accurate information and use our forms for requests related to salon services. Prices marked “starting from” are initial prices; confirm service details with the salon. Contact us through the published channels to ask about confirming, changing or cancelling an appointment. This page does not introduce cancellation fees or new payment obligations.
